TNC is now in a position to offer the following training:

• Introduction to brokerage  (two days)- see Brokerage

• Self-directed support - background & implications - one day - This course is delivered with HLG, Nottingham (see HLG)

• Self-directed support - Human Resources issues - delivered in partnership with a     Senior HR Manager (MCIPD)

• Support planning within self-directed support - This course is delivered with HLG, Nottingham (see HLG )

• Self-directed support - strategies for organisations. A tailored course to help organisations of all sizes develop their SDS strategy. This can be between one and five days depending on the needs of the organisation.

• Implications of SDS for governance. A half day briefing or an one day course aimed at trustees and management committee members.

• Team Building - one or two day courses for up to 16 people.
