Tony Nottingham

My experience covers both operational management and service development. I do not come at problems with set answers. Instead I have the ability to listen, get to the root of a problem, and then design a tailored solution or range of possible solutions.

Whilst being a very creative thinker and capable of coming up with innovative ideas, I also have the ability to get the best out of others. This can take the form of individual mentoring/coaching, team building and conflict resolution.

My commitment
From the outset I will be very clear about what I can and can't do. I will agree, and keep to, a clear specification for each piece of work I'll do. You will know what to expect, how much it will cost and how quickly it will be done.I will also address any concerns regarding my service within 7 working days.
