Background
I have over 25 years experience in Social Care, Housing & Health, with over 10 years of it at a senior management level. From 2002 until 2009 I had responsibility for Rethink’s East Midlands Region, first as Operations Manager, and from 2004 until September 30th 2009 as Regional Manager.
Consequently I have experience of the development and management of a number of service types, namely:

I am currently doing brokerage work on behalf of customers of Nottingham City Council and NHS Nottingham
I am the National Brokerage Network (NBN) Co-ordinator for the East Midlands. I was also the Rethink Lead on environmental issues and developed a strategy to reduce the organisation's carbon footprint.
I was one of three researchers responsible for the 2004 NIMHE commissioned report; 'At Home'- a study of mental health & housing. - I am a Mental Health Act Manager for Partnerships in Care.
